Correct Nutrition and Hydration, both on- and off-course, are often overlooked but are vital components for consistent performance.

Complementary to TPI screens, evaluations and One-to-one sessions, advice will be given covering:

  • Hydration – how much water to drink and when during the day and your round
  • Nutrition – advice on types of macronutrients to eat and to avoid with particular focus on blood sugar control, pre-, during- and post-round nutrition.
  • Supplementation – recommendations for vitamins and other supplements to accompany your nutrition
