It doesn’t matter how much you can bench press or squat, strength in the golf swing is optimised through specific, integrated exercises targeting all aspects of the swing movement.

Power is the product of strength and speed.  The four principal power elements in the golf swing are:

  • Pull
  • Push
  • Jump / Leg
  • Rotary

Performance training methods are employed to increase and maximise explosive power to increase distance.
